Made an appointment for a new patient with this doctor and waited 4 months to be seen, only to have her cancel the appointment on us the morning of the appointment, and was told to book a new appointment another 4 months out. NYC doctors are the worst
Dr. Kwa is kind, attentive, sharp, offers fast results and responds quickly to messages. She's everything you could possibly want in a PCP. NYU Langone is a world class facility and has friendly staff. Couldn't be happier.
She is so awesome brilliant and gorgeous.
She's brilliant
I don't feel she cares very much about her patients. Takes awhile to get back to you when you message her. Does not listen to her patients thoroughly. She doesn't make you feel important
