Sally's Sandwiches

I ordered the Fried Chicken Milanese and its amazing I definitely recommend. I also got the truffle fries which are good too.

Sunday , we came here. The line move along with everyone social distancing. I got the honey bun swirl and pineapple Coconut. Both were soft and fluffy. Pineapple coconut tasted like pina colada. The honey bun swirl was way to sweet for me . It was about $3.50 a donut. Worth a try

Love Sally's! Great place to grab lunch. The California Club and the Mojo Pork are both excellent plus they share a space with Blackbird so you can grab a donut while you're there . They offer online ordering for pickup too which is super convenient right now with covid.

We ordered sandwiches for pickup and indicated on the order there is a red onion allergy. one of the sandwiches had indicator on the wrapper of that allergy. the sandwich was covered in onions. this is extremely dangerous and could have caused harm if it wasn’t noticed.

Great idea, but execution needs to be tweaked. Bacon nearly impossible to bite so thick and hard. Bread to filling ratio is really high on bread, making it a dry sandwich. Had the Turkey Club and the slaw was a different choice that I would just replace with lettuce. Overall, I would not recommend.

We stopped for doughnuts and got breakfast tacos and avocado toast too! The breakfast taco with barbacoa is a pretty fabulous way to start the day. And it is gluten free! The avocado toast with scrambled eggs was devoured in minutes by my kids.

For $13 my sandwich wasn't worth it Porchetta. It was good, but, Sam La Grassa has way more meat and more to offer. This place is ok but, I dont think it's worth going back to. ‍
