J Wood gave me an awful haircut. I found her on GroupOn. After she told me she’s been doing hair for a few decades, I should have known there was a reason she needed Groupon to build her clientele, she’s horrible. She doesn’t listen to what you want, she parts your hair on the wrong side and not even an even part. I told her how I part my hair and she said “I know what I’m doing” then faced me towards the window and tells me I can’t look at the mirror guessing she doesn’t want me to see her mess things up I paid for the service and told her I want her to fix my hair. She agreed and then made it worse!!! She made it worse then argued with me that she barely cut anything off. She tried to round brush my hair so it didn’t look so bad and I told her I want my money back. She said no bc the Groupon is discounted and I told her I didn’t go through the Groupon mentioned this to her prior to the first appointment bc I know Groupon takes a ridiculous cut out of their pay and rather pay her directly so she gets more. She refused to help me fix my even more messed up hair and said we won’t be working together. DONT SEE this lady unless you want a bad haircutService: Haircut

Customer service was not good! Stopped in there was like 3-4 people sitting around doing nothing. Needed quick curls was told “they were busy”. Not a establishment i would recommend for walk ins.

Jennifer is the best hair color specialist I've ever had, she turned my dark black/brown hair to JLo blonde love you!

I always have a great experience at Salon Phoenix. The front desk staff are all very friendly and Kilika, the owner and stylist, is amazing!!
