Absolutely love this place! First and foremost, they are incredibly reasonable price wise - which is rare in Fairfield County. I was nervous to make a switch but I’m so happy I did! I see Rachel for a wash, haircut and blowout every few months and she is wonderful!! Always feel so beautiful and refreshed! I'm a bit of a hair cut chicken. I've had too many lousy cuts over as many years and have been hesitant to try anyone new after my trusted stylist moved out of state. I've gone over 2 years with anything more than one bargain cut just to take off the dead ends. I met Michelle out and about one afternoon and we talked about my hair, my concerns and my deep desire to maintain my hair length, which is probably way longer than most professionals would deem to be ideal for me. I went home and booked an appointment almost immediately. Salon V is beautiful. I love the very private and very classy styling stations. Michelle took the time to listen to what I wanted and respected my wishes for keeping length but giving me shape and style versatility. We discussed future tactics to update my look baby steps and then Sam stepped in and gave me a perfect blow out and told me what to do to maintain the look for a couple of days. I booked my next appointment and an appointment for my hippie chick almost 11 year old daughter to get her a new rockin' style for her birthday. I found a new, comfy home for my hair needs and look forward to seeing what kind of tricks Michelle has up her sleeves.

I don’t typically publish reviews but I need to express how thrilled I am with my recent services. After listening to my wish to no longer color my hair, Michelle took on the challenge of returning me to my natural color, which is currently a silvery white. She took the time to carefully consider a variety of processes and the condition of my previously colored and highlighted hair. Not only did she tone the previously colored hair to a beautiful shiny silver, but she managed to blend it with my natural regrowth. I believe she achieved a contemporary look while freeing me from hair dyes, crayons and sprays to hide my gray. Michelle has a great deal of knowledge and experience with hair color. She selects her product lines with extreme care and stays up on new formulations and techniques. No matter what hair service she is providing, she considers the complexities associated with achieving the desired outcome and provides feedback before she moves ahead. She is a genuinely caring person who is fully committed to making her clients happy. Thank you Michelle!

I'm new to the area and after lots of research and asking around I decided to give Salon V a try and I'm so happy I did. I made my first appointment online and was paired up with Jackie. From the moment I sat in Jackie's chair she was thoughtful and patient. We discussed what I like and wanted to change about my hair and then she got to work. I was given the best highlights and low lights I've had in years and a hair cut that gives my long hair layers without looking choppy but just the right amount of movement. The salon has loads of parking, is very cozy inside and was nice and clean. I was nervous to make a salon switch but I'm so happy I did.

I love this salon! The atmosphere is warm and inviting and all of the staff are such nice people. Rena has been my stylist for the past 3 years, I always get highlights in the summer and they come out amazing! She also does a great job transitioning my hair when I go darker in the fall/winter months. I look forward to my time at the salon and always leave there happy!

I am not one to just go get my haircut by anyone, your basic girl with trust issues when it comes to a new salon... but when I say I am so beyond in love with Salon V I mean it! Terry is so patient and and truly takes her time listening to what look you are going for and lets you know the process of what she is doing while she is doing it, while maintaining good conversation..which made me feel welcomed and calm! Highly recommend Terry and this awesome environment that is Salon V!

I recently went here after I had a hair fail at a another salon. basically a different color, was too ashy & I needed more golden They helped me right away with my hair. No appointment, maybe I was lucky. The two girls I didn’t get their names but if they’re reading this they know! I’m so happy with the little transformation. Sweet staff and all that matters is I’m happy with my hair!! The salon has a beautiful trendy atmosphere.

After many years with another salon in Fairfield with lately very disappointing results, I started an online search for someone new. I found Salon V. My first attraction to it was because they provided bios of all the stylists and the good reviews. I chose Michelle. Long story short, I went in a mess color-wise and style-wise and came out transformed. Michelle's knowledge and expertise were very obvious and something I honestly had not experienced before. I have been getting compliments on my new look-what makes you feel better than that! Bottom line, best color and cut I ever received, lovely staff, beautiful salon, convenient location, comparable prices. Just had my second appointment and am still very very pleased.
