Rae & her entire team are extremely professional! There’s nothing but positive vibes from the moment you step into the salon. I was diagnosed with alopecia a few years back & I would honestly just wear styles to cover it up. After going to Rae for a little over a year, my spot has grown in. Rae cares about her clients & she cares about the healthiness of their hair. Above all of that, she is a boss that takes cares of her business. I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone I’ve encountered in her salon. Thank you Rae for always providing such a positive experience!

This salon should not even have 1 star at ALL! I took an appointment with RAE CANTI and she literally BURN my hair. I had healthy and long hair; however I return home with HEAT DAMAGE for my birthday. Additionally, she told me that my hair were greasy so she cannot do the silk press, even if I've washed my hair before coming there and she washed my hair there too. DO NOT GO THERE, except if you want to pay for HEAT DAMAGE!

I have been coming to Jah who works at this salon now for the last 8 years. She has often been late for appts throughout the years but I continued to go to her since she does good hair. Most recently I booked a month in advance. The day before my appt she text me asking if I could come earlier at 9am instead of 11:30am because she had to be out of the salon at 11am, so I agreed. The day of my appt at 8:35am when I was on the way to my appt she text me saying she had a family emergency and cancel my appt. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Not to mention the next day I looked on social media and saw she celebrated her birthday, so it appears she was lying about the emergency. She just did not want to do my hair.I will not be going back to her.

This is a very fancy salon. My stylist, Kels, works here so Ive been coming here for awhile! I also have received services from other stylist, i.e Tori is really good at hair washing lol. The owner, Rae, is professional and business oriented therefore I haven’t had any problems with “bad customer service”, period. Great location plus all the stylist are dope, you should get your hair done here!

Every time i come to Rae’s Salon for my usual silk press i leave very happy with the results. I’d definitely refer her to anyone. She’s great with natural hair.

The best experience ever, it’s a very relaxing environment and the beauticians are so nice and professional! They specialize in all type of hair from natural hair to weaves, I will definitely be back!

Rae is great!! Amazing at what she do!! Always have my hair looking amazing!! If in Atlanta a must you see her!!

I came on time for my appt and wasn’t seen until 30 minutes after the appt time . I spent 3hrs here when I should have been 1hr. Poor customer service .
