While Temple Square is under construction one can still visit and walk around. There are Sister missionaries on the premises in case you have questions. They are very friendly and they greet you without interruption. I had a great time. It was a peaceful experience. I can't wait to return and visit when it's remodeled.
The Temple grounds are so pretty even during the construction. They have windows so you can see what they’re doing and nice sister missionaries can answer all your questions!
Must see. Under construction but still a marvel. How they built this in 1800’s is remarkable. Think about the fact that there weren’t roads, tools, machines or trucks like we have today. Always a great group of Sister Missionaries there to share information and more importantly, the gospel of Jesus Christ!
Beautiful building and architecture. Neat to see how it is being protected. Missionary guides were so helpful.
While attending The National Championship Fencing tournament, I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful church, and property. I also witnessed a beautiful couple getting married. It all was such a great experience. This was also my very 1st plane trip.
It’s very beautiful and spiritual! The Salt Lake Temple has always been one of my favorite temples to attend to! I have great admiration for the pioneers who worked for forty years to build this magnificent temple of God!
This is one of my most favorite places! I've lived about 30 minutes away my whole life and have always loved it there! I never realized just how much I love this place however, until I left Utah for my mission! I can't wait to go back here!! I definitely recommend everyone to go!!! :
Glad to see they are using temple square to invite and inform people, even if there are restrictions in place and lots of construction. It's so cool to see the renovation work going on. These next few years can't go fast enough. Can't wait to go inside again!
