Saltgrass Steak House

Love the new location and food is good. But they have a lot to work on with the service. Team is friendly, but inexperienced. Not the normal quick service I normally get at a saltgrass.

Service was horrible! We sat at the bar and were pretty much left there. We asked for bread and butter which never came. Had to ask again. With no server, we had to find a random guy and ask for what we needed. I had to ask for the bill. It was horrible. Oh and my silverware was dirty! I had to ask for plastic ware! I will not be back!

Completely disappointed with this location. I ordered a WELL DONE pats ribeye and got delivered a completely PINK steak. Not only was it the wrong temperature but the Caesar salad was extremely salty and the garlic mashed potatoes were even saltier. Worse location in Houston.

Ummm.... If you say you have time rib on the menu, you should probably serve it. For a couple buddies out eating and drinking a 250 dollar tab should mean you get better service and prime rib. We were told they do not prepare it any longer due to slow sales. So take it off the menu. And the service wasn't great. But the rest was good.

3 out of 5 times ordering food from the downtown location we are missing something. We order delivery because we can't leave our office. Chicken Fried Chicken without gravy is pointless. The side salads are also very bad lately. Lettuce is brown and it's maybe 1/2 cup of it.

Great food but service was no ot the best this time normally it's is pretty good

For me having been the only person in the restaurant, service was horrid. Found a hair in my food but that was taken care of by the manager. Also the website advertises happy hour which apparently isn't available at that location. The steak was delicious however.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The bill was fair I would say. Ambience is similar to Fresno's scene.
