Restaurants inside Loews hotel. Small seating area in the heart of the city. Perfect for business meetings and or meeting a friend. Definitely would visit again.Food: 5/5
Italy gave me swift and attentive service! I came in right toward the end of lunch needing a meal and quiet place for a conference call. She made it a one stop shop, quick and direct working lunch. Even the food runner was happy and fast! I had the brisket sandwich which was very tasty, but next time I may get the sauce on the side.
The service here is shockingly slow. Came here on a Saturday night and a Sunday night and while the place was packed on the Saturday and very quiet on the Sunday, the service was exactly the same— only one person doing table service for the entire place and excruciatingly slow to place an order no matter how many people were dining. The first night we gave up on trying to place an order and the second night while we were not in a rush, we still spent 2.5 hours in the restaurant from sitting down to closing out. And unfortunately one of our orders was forgotten. We chose to let it go and not spend another thirty minutes waiting. I feel like table service shouldn’t be offered if you don’t have enough staff to work the tables or your staff can’t keep up with the demand. The food was tasty and the shareables had healthy portions! Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options-- cauliflower tempura, fried green tomatoes, salads.
The salad bar is so yummy! The price is right!!! Treat yourself for a fabulous lunch!!!
The server came to us took our order with attitude and brought our food with even more attitude. I don't understand if she don't like her job she can find another that fits her.Food: 5/5
We stayed in the hotel Lowe's Midtown and ate here twice. The food did not disappoint .Food: 4/5
The food is great here. I was staying at the Loews hotel and decided to give this place a try and it did not disappoint. I had the grilled chicken sandwich, which was super filling and packed with flavor. Definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in the area or staying at the Loews hotel. :
Cool atmosphere, but very mediocre service. Underwhelming food for unfair prices. $16 omelette that barely had anything in it. It was decent, should have been $9 for the quality and quantity. The menu said “our featured chef” but it was subpar and basic. Nothing creative at all about the menu. First Watch has more creativity. We won’t be back.
Charcuterie was delicious. Omlette was solid. Home fries were amazing.
Came here for breakfast since i was staying at Loews. Service was amazing. SHAZZIE and Mimi were great. Also Atlante at the bar was great too. I would recommend this place if you are staying near by.
