Super smooth process & great customer service! In a market where vehicle inflation is common due to shortages these guy’s are super fairly priced, I would highly recommend. I’d always recommend getting an auto loan from a bank which is required here but if you go through a dealer which may seem easier you’ll always get a higher APR along with them running your credit numerous times. These guys are legit, have a great variety of trucks and seem very Well priced. I personally had a great experience

Fira was outstanding!!! All the cars are clean and many to choose. Finally making a decision we ended up buying a 2015 Chevy sonic!!! My daughters first car!!! Easy financing no pressure sales. I will definitely buy another car from this man again.

Absolutely fantastic experience! I bought a car for my daughter here and these guys are great. They are very honest, open, and super helpful during the entire sales process. As everyone should when buying a used car, we got it inspected and Sam's took care of the minor repairs that made the most for them to do so with their knowledge, connections and systems in place for doing so. We bought new tires and took care of an oil change that wasn't critical but couldn't hurt. The core mechanical aspects of the vehicle are solid to excellent, and we couldn't have reasonably asked for anything more in a used car. Besides the business aspects, the people here are good folk and Fira went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied, happy, and taken care of. I have bought 10 cars in my life and have been lucky enough to have a couple of good experiences mixed in with many stress-filled ones, but I am sure this was the best from a customer service standpoint. Please stop by and check them out!

Highly recommend this place! Fira was amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. During our test drive we noticed a water leak. Pointed it out upon our return, Fira immediately looked at it and determined the windshield he just had installed needed to be resealed. He had them come out the next morning and redo it. Fira goes the extra mile. He answered all our questions. Very happy with our purchase and experience with Sams Automotive. I wouldn’t hesitate buying another vehicle from them if the need arises. Great vehicle for a great price!

Fira was very helpful, honest, and courteous. At Sam's Automotive they pride themselves on providing quality vehicles and having a low pressure sales approach. HONEST! Not a word you always hear with car dealers, but we were taken back at Sam’s Auto. We ultimately didn’t go with them, but we appreciated their posts show ho way I go on cars and when I called the salesperson was 100% upfront on why a vehicle had lowered pricing vs. trying to get us to drive in. Wow! My wife and I looked at each other in disbelief after the phone call as we had just dealt with Schompf Nissan in Lakewood who unfortunately lied to us multiple times and sold a car to someone after we had cleared our day, funds and were on the way there. Ugh.

Found the exact truck I was looking for on Autotrader, so I decided to check the availability. I called Sam's to make sure the 2004 Tacoma was still available and it was. I asked what was needed so they would hold it for me, to which I was advised "no problem, we will hold for you". I obtained the loan and sent proof in hopes I could arrange to get the truck delivered, to which they agreed. After several days of back & forth paperwork, everything was finalized, but the cost to have delivered was too much. So, my wife and I drove 10.5 hours from Arizona to Denver to pick up the truck. I looked it over and found a couple of things missing, which were quickly made right. I am perfectly happy with the customer service received and the actions taken to make the transaction complete. Some people writing reviews need to realize these vehicles are used and things happen. If you want a new vehicle, then shop a new dealership. If you want good service and a good vehicle, Sam's Automotive is your place. Thanks!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I found a vehicle online through this dealer priced at 14999. I purchased this car with the promise of no mechanical issues. They would not come down on the price what so ever. Not even a week after purchasing I had to spend $600 in repairs, on top of 600 in new tires because the tires on the vehicle were weather cracked not to mention 450 on a new windshield. And of course no warranty. Do not buy from here until you fully inspect their vehicles.

READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS HERE!! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I came across a car of my interest and contacted the dealership. Went in person to see the car and I liked what I saw. Arkadi was the dealer and he is just flat out rude. Didn’t move the cars for me to test drive, said there was a recall. I waited TWO WEEKS because the car was so called at the dealership for a “reacall.” After two weeks of multiple times calling in to check, they said they never took the car to the dealership and it was an engine failure issue. Checked their site today to see that the car has been sold. To the person who bought the 2013 Ford Escape SEL, good luck. Oh, they don’t offer warranty on cars either. ZERO days of any warranty! So go elsewhere! All this because my they found out that my father owns multiple dealerships across Colorado and are too afraid to do business with us, goes to show they do SHADYY business.

Great buying experience! Cars are well priced and staff is very knowledgeable. No issues whatsoever with the paperwork, would definitely recommend to other buyers!
