I wanted to give this location 5 stars, but I was torn. The store was great, it was a little hard to find help but it was clean. However, I stopped by the cafe, and the pictured guy was there. I asked if I could order a pepperoni pizza, and he was extremely rude and said they didn't have pizza. I asked if they had any kind of pizza, and he said no. Then he said we have cheese pizza. I'm assuming he was a little high. I can't understand why people come to work if they don't wanna be there.
Been a loyal customer for about 15 years from Jackson to here in Madison and as of recently service has been going downhill. First off, there’s no flatbed carts second, there are a bunch of employees just standing around wandering around when there is merchandise that needs to be brought down from the shelves third there is not single person that you asked for help that will not direct you to a manager. When looking for the manager, there isn’t one to be found. There are only a handful of helpful people and those are the veteran employees that have been there since i can remember. 12/19/23 update Just left sams they have definitely stepped it up don’t know if it’s because of the Holidays but a bunch of people working, shelves are full of inventory AND brand New Fleet of flat bed Carts!!
The rotisserie chicken is good – if you can get it-and don’t count on getting it in a pick up order. Apparently, they don’t plan that kind of thing ahead of time and if you order one, they may just be “out” at the time of your pick up. Also, be prepared to wait and wait and wait for your pick up order. Customer service is lacking. I have called before, only to have the phone be picked up and seemingly put straight on the counter without so much as a hello – before being hung up.
I'm not sure what happens to this location. Every time I go here, it takes FOREVER. I always end up spending 30 minutes at the Café waiting in line. Just in line. Long lines checking out, too.
Great meat selection! Got this 2.6 lb bone in ribeye and it was fantastic. They have a new prime meat section and the fillets are the best you can get. Love the scan-and-go checkout option and all the new self checkout lines. Clean store with great selection and products.
No Handicap parking ever. I'm sure they have what the law requires but with all the traffic they have they need to be more thoughtful of those that are disabled and can't walk with ease and short distances only.
Went to go get the J&J booster..was very fast and the staff was very nice. Glad I don't have a membership, would be broke all the time lol
By far the worst Sam's Club I have been to. The quantity and variety is good just like any other club however customer service and customer service skills are severely lacking. I bought a $44 Olay product that had an $8 instant savings credit. I understand savings comes off when you finish at the end. However, my savings did not come off. I went to the member services desk and the girl stated "we can't be overriding stuff all day". Well that's your job and you all could also fix your systems. She asked me to go take a photo of the sign even though I showed her on my app. So I did and got my refund. Additionally, scan and go kept giving me errors so I think it was something wrong with their system.
Almost always have the best price for diesel. Only problem with the service is that most of the time people need gas takes up the pumps even when they have several other options. Would be much better if the diesel pumps only have diesel and not both.
