I love this Sam's Club, we always make sure we renew are membership every year. Because it is truly worth it. This store is always stocked well. They always have a nice variety of things. I always ending spending more than I should when going here. The employees are kind and helpful. Checking out was smooth and quick which is a real plus. Also the store is always clean at least it has been when when I've been there.. I highly recommend this Sam's Club.
I've been a customer for over 25 years and I have never been treated so poorly as I was just now by Kyle floor supervisor and Hailey HR Mgr.. They had a wrong price over an item and then tried to say it wasn't there. I don't mind that the price was higher by $10, but I do mind be treated as a liar and dismissed as a customer. Neither employee seemed to care and it clearly showed. Costco has such better treatment of customers. And now a call to the auditor of state for pricing deception.
Sam's club never seems to dissapoint. I never had an issue with the food I bring home from this store. The prices are always great and check out this beautiful cake I picked up this week. The flavor was immaculate and it was only $16!
Won’t be returning to this sams club that’s for sure. Placed an order the day prior for a large and not so cheap shelving unit. Called them the day i was supposed to pick up to let them know i am driving an hour away to come get it i would be outside the timeframe i picked and made sure that was ok. Was told yes they allow up to 3 days before they cancel orders. So as I’m driving there i get a text saying my order has been cancelled. I try replacing the order it shows out of stock, so i call AGAIN to be told that the staff is newer there and no one ever communicated that i would be late so they cancelled the order not even 24 hours after it was placed. She said if you want to give me your credit card over the phone i can do it again however the charge from the original is still on there which could take 5-7 days to refund. What a joke. No I’m sorry or nothing. I won’t be renewing my membership and I I’ll be taking mine and my 4 salons business to Costco.
Called multiple times to check on a car that was dropped off 6 hours ago even though they said it would take approximately an hour when I made the appointment. Tire and battery never answers, so I tried "member services" 3 times and each time it rang for 5 mins and then hung up on me. No one can afford to make a 30 min drive with an infant just to see if my car is ready.
Early closing hours on weekends and the employees are overzealous. Multiple older people walked in the store in front of me and the greeter smiled and let them pass. When I got there she yelled stop and demanded to see our club card as we were juggling cart, bags, baby and stroller. We stood in the door fumbling for the card and I informed her I wouldn't be able to buy anything without the card and I also asked why the people in front of us weren't stopped and questioned. She huffed "I need to see your card". Employees need to be taught to back off.
Love Sam’s not having to use card. So I take it out and just use app. Just waited 30 minutes in line for gas. Get to pump and out of nowhere I have to enter a 3 digit code on the back of card that I no longer carry!!!!! No email, no text, just to bad!!!!!!
Don't like that I hv to call to see if certain things are in shock before making trip. Made many trips to store just to gt there and many things not in stock. Could be better.
Srlf check out machine didnt work right. Check out lady in nearby lane tried to help. She called management...several different people and NOBODY answered her call. She went all over the store on foot and could not get help. If the store is self check, what are all the mgt people doing?
No one at this location seems to care all that much. Can't locate a product? You're on your own, employees aren't terribly friendly or helpful. Fortunately, the Beavercreek location has consistently excellent staff and has for years. The Beavercreek store seems to be much better-managed, so I shop there when I can instead.
