Am seconding what Sarah Wilkerson said. This is the best bodega in New York. You won't get better or more genial service anywhere else. It's a little short on space, but that can't be helped.

The second time I came into Sam's, he'd remembered my coffee order from the first time. That's customer service for ya. Plus, the coffee is $1.50 for what is $2+ elsewhere.
