The reason I will leave a two star and not a one is because the receptionist was really sweet, and I'm sure the company is excellent overall. However, Reena was really rude and unprofessional during my appointment. By trying to get me to get another service done, she thought it would be okay to insult my hair and what I do to it many times in front of another client. I don’t know about anyone else but I would not like to go to an appointment and feel that uncomfortable. Usually I’d respect the hustle because I do know they make their money from services and tips, but since I let her know beforehand that I was only interested in one service, she didn’t have to get upset because she was told this information two times prior. Who knows maybe she was new but I recommend this company train her and maybe then she will learn how to talk to her clients accordingly with respect.Service: Haircut
