I really enjoy Samdan. Be sure to order the Shepherds Salad with cheese, and the combo of appetizers. These are delicious dips & accompaniments that you should reserve to eat along with your entree (just don’t fill up on the sumptuous bread). We love the kabobs and sliced meats, and also the stuffed cabbage leaves. You’ll have loads leftover for a feast at home.

Always delicious! Have been going to this NJ restaurant for a long time now and it never fails! The owner is always there and making sure that all is well. The staff are extremely friendly and quick. Also, they just opened an outdoor seating area for the summer. Great idea! Chicken in yogurt - amazing! Lamb gyro is great My son loves the salmon Babaganush is always perfect Rice is delicious Cacik - Turkish yogurt dip is a must for the shepherds salad with cheese! Cigar rolls are delicious fried cheese rolls Don't forget the Turkish coffee and baklava! Get the chefs spicy sauce if you like fire. Go! You won't regret it!

If you like Mediterranean food this is the place to go. I have been going there for the past 19 years and quality has not changed at all. In addition, service is truly 5 stars. Top notch without any doubt.
