Dr Rao and his entire staff were so polite and professional right from the start! Any questions I had, even after the procedure were always answered quickly and thoroughly. From a surgical standpoint, the day of went off so smoothly, everyone was very professional and caring. I am beyond pleased with my results so farat present I am 5 weeks post abdominoplasty with liposuction and I cannot wait to see the final product as I continue to heal. The incision was so precise and healed beautifully and I have had minimal swelling! The office sends you home with a ton of information regarding getting ready for and recovering after procedure. I felt very prepared and not nervous at all when surgery day came along!

Dr. Rao and his staff are phenomenal. From the moment I consulted, he was clear, concise, understanding, and answered all my questions. Dr. Rao even made certain he was available to answer follow-up questions at a moment’s notice. I had a successful surgery and have even recommended many to him because of the look of my work. The day of surgery was seamless, and I couldn’t have selected a better surgeon. My follow ups are great and informative as well. Dr. Rao’s assistants Alexis, Megan, and Katie were always a viable to answer questions and gave the best patient care ever! Caritza at the front desk was amazing as well. Scheduling was a breeze, and she has such an upbeat disposition. Laramie, Patient Care Coordinator, was a gem. From the onset, she was very courteous and personable, just an overall great and upbeat personality. She lets you know her whereabouts if she’s not in the office and ensures you will receive assistance. She informative of the process and can answer all questions. Elated is an understatement of my results. I choose the right practice and the right surgeon!

Dr. Rao and his team provided a caring and honest place that made my experience with Breast Cancer so much easier to work through and understand. Questions not only answered quickly but were always welcomed. I never felt like I was just one of the many when I came to their office, I was treated like I was the only person in the office and it was a joy to be in their care. Things did not always go as planned but Dr. Rao was always available to re-assure me, make adjustments that were tailored to me and keep everything moving toward the finish line. I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the beginning of the Covid outbreak. It was a scary and emotional time. Dr. Rao was kind and patient as we discussed my pending reconstructive surgery. He and his staff went over different options based on my unique circumstances. Dr. Rao answered all my questions. He was very detailed about what to expect during and after my procedure. I subsequently had Dr. Rao perform a tummy tuck. I feel so thankful he was my surgeon. I have highly recommended Dr. Rao to others!

I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rao and the entire team at CPS! From my initial consultation to my surgery and then follow up, the experience was wonderful. Dr. Rao spent a good amount of time with me during my consultation to make sure he really understood what my goals were and making sure I was comfortable with what he was proposing. I never felt rushed, and he took the time really explain what my procedure would entail. I could not be happier with my results breast lift with augmentation, and tummy tuck with lipo , Dr. Rao is truly an artist and pays attention to the tiniest details, which have a huge impact. My recovery was great as well, with minimal swelling and zero complications. Additionally, my scars are beautiful and barely noticeable. Hands down from beginning to end of my procedure, Dr. Rao and his staff were all amazing! They were able to answer all of my questions at all my appointments as well as via email. With this being my first ever procedure I was nervous and excited all at the same time. Dr. Rao without a doubt is a magician and he worked his magic!!
