I visited several jewelry stores before walking into Samuels, and I just can’t express how much better their service was! ! Excellent customer serivce!! I worked with Jake and Heather and they were extremely knowledgeable about their products. They took the time to ensure I was comfortable with my decision! Hands down, I would recommend Samuels over anyone else in the area!!

My husband and I purchased our wedding ring five years ago from Samuels and we have only shopped there since. We have had excellent customer service and if we have an issue with our jewelry, it is promptly addressed and fixed. The manager, Jake, is fantastic. He is knowledgeable and kind to his staff. Jake and the staff at Samuels make us feel like family friends more than customers. We own many pieces from this store. Five stars!

My wife and I bought both of our engagement rings from Samuels. We then followed up the wife's engagement ring with a new wedding set. During the entire process Jacob and staff were professional and very helpful. We were able to transfer the engagement stone to the wedding set with little to no wait. The jeweler that did the work was fabulous. The lifetime warranty is one of the easiest processes to use Worldwide. I would recommend this store and the knowledgeable employee's to anyone from a seasoned purchaser to a first timer.

We have purchased a great deal of jewelry from Jake and he is by far the most caring, respectful, and honest person ever. He takes a great deal of time explain everything and has gone WAY above and beyond for us. I had never shopped at any Samuels before, but because of him, we have made this our exclusive store. Jake is just so helpful and takes the time to understand our needs. He has extended his helpfulness now to my folks and that makes us even more thankful to him. Thank you Jake!
