It's comfortable and clean and a really great value. When staying in NYC it isn't always about having a huge room to spend hours in. Sometimes it's simply about having a comfortable place to rest your head. Sanctuary is a great place to just rest and relax after a day in the city. Noise wasn't a problem though it was a Sunday. If it was a busy Friday or Saturday night maybe that would've been a problem but I think it depends on where your room is. All around great hotel

We are a family of 4. Hotel perfect location. Staff were very friendly and amenable. Breakfast was included so saved on expense during the day. Rooms hat what we needed and great bathroom. We couldn't fault it and when we come back to New York we will look to rebook here 😁

Amazing location... fabulous comfortable rooms but the best part of this hotel is without a doubt the staff.... They are simply the best and always make our visits just superb.... their knowledge of the city is unrivalled and they will do their utmost to ensure your stay is memorable for all the right reasons..... we simply wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting New York x

Nice hotel,right in the heart of Times Square with a Oriental theme. Gas fireplaces in the lobby just a nice warm feeling. And the staff made you feel very welcome

Had a personal emergency when I originally was scheduled to stay there in October and had to cancel. Not only did they honor my exact reservation when I went back this weekend, they upgraded us to their best suite. The room was phenomenal in size and looked amazing. They also helped me get rid of my theater tickets when I had to cancel last time. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Dinner at Tender (steakhouse inside the hotel) was a fantastic experience. The food we had was incredible. We also had their rosemary potatoes as a side, which I would highly suggest you get if ordering some kind of steak. Delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Times Square/Theater District area.
