I ordered some steel cut on the laser from these guys, and they charged me twice what I was quoted on the phone.  When I asked the owner (Todd) about it, he couldn't have seemed to care less.  Jason, the guy who handles the .dxf files, charged me a full hours work for something that I did myself in 2 minutes. The staff was very unprofessional, and I definitely won't be taking my business to them anymore.
