Sandia Green Clean

We chose Sandia Green Clean for a few reasons. First, they pay their employees $15/hour or more. Paying a living wage was really important for us. Second, they don't use harsh chemical cleaners, which is important given our pets and young children at home. Third, the cleanings are thorough and leave the house feeling crisp and refreshing. And fourth, their customer service has been quite good. We use text messages to schedule and vacation pause our cleanings, and we always get an answer back quickly, and get everything scheduled. There are many things I really like about the services. Comparing it to previous services I have used with cleaners I contracted individuals to come to my home and clean routinely in the past. The thing I like most about Sandia Green Clean is that I can get my house cleaned in a couple of hours where previously it would take a good part of the day. So, I don't have to leave the house for a long time. The teams do a good job in general and I am pleased with the service, but it is not as thorough a cleaning as when my previous service came in for 6 hours. The house gets dusted, mopped, and baths scrubbed for sure, so that is good - there just isn't the time for the detail that my previous service provided. But I am happy with the work. The big difference is the cost - Sandia Green Clean is significantly more expensive than hiring an individual and the cost went up recently. I understand they have overhead that an individual does not have. The other thing that is different is there are a lot of short notice changes in when the team will arrive. I might be scheduled far in advance but I often don't know what time they are coming until the day before or sometimes the day of the cleaning - this can cause some scram bling to accommodate time changes - but I understand it is necessary for the scheduler who is doing a valiant job efficiently dispatching the teams! So I would give Sandia Green Clean a very positive feedback in general. I really like the teams and am so happy they are working. The rising costs are somewhat concerning.
