Realtor seems to think if you ever listed a house for sale, then it is their right to call you for years on end. This company had some boiler room kid call me and i ask to get a return call from Tom Love, and no surprise he never did. Then 3 weeks later they called again and when i return the call, who ever answer had the nerve to ask me what they call me for? Inconsiderate, unorganized and they only care about their bottom line is what impression i get base on my experience with their cold call marketing, so would i ever use them? NO and the funny part is i just had a house for sale and hired someone a lot more classy and polite instead of targeting customer as just numbers.

I interviewed multiple agents when it came time for me to sell my home. When I met Tom Love I knew immediately he was the right person to get the job done. His experience and knowledge shined through during the entire process. His marketing landed me with multiple offers, and he negotiated on my behalf and represented me in a way that put my needs first and to make sure it was the right deal for me. Where does one begin. When you're looking for great service, and I mean great, you go to The Tom love Group. The team at the Tom Love Group is out of this world. They were able to find me exactly what I wanted, with the exact price that I was looking to pay. I mean the customer service does not get much better anywhere else. Their ability to read and understand their customer is impeccable and makes the process that much more enjoyable especially when you're looking for a property or trying to sell one. Loyalty and honesty are hard to find these days. Tom and his associates make that easily attainable.

The Tom Love group was incredible and went way beyond our expectations. The team is excellent and extremely responsive to answer any of our questions at any time. They used a professional photographer to present the house in an extremely complimentary way, In the first weekend, we had at least 4 showings and probably 20 clients saw our house. We sold the house at a great price in 2 and a half weeks with multiple offers. We wanted to downsize and the Love group found us a high rise condominium in a great area. Their strong negotiation skills help purchase the property at a very satisfying price. And all this during the Covid-19 crises!! What else can I say. If you want to sell or buy a house they are the best.

My home was not a multi million dollar home and Tom assured me  my home would be treated as if it was. Tom and his team did not disappoint and  made the entire selling process easier than I expected.  I really felt him and his team went above and beyond what I felt they should do.  Did I mention The Tom Love Group actually got me above list price for my home!
