I was a bit annoyed because they had to reschedule, but when Scott got there for the next appointment he was fast and got good results. He didn't try to fix anything 'extra' while he was here and gave me a fair deal. Plus, Scott's a navy vet. That's always a bonus for me.
They were late in coming, but they did the job! Sands has been around a long time and they've never disappointed.
