Angel was my Service Advisor and he was awesome. He made sure to get the parts ordered for my Trailblazer. Once the parts arrived he gave me a call to get me scheduled for a time that was convenient for me. He made sure that I was kept to date with the progress of my vehicle throughout the entire process. Great Customer service. I highly recommend using Sands service department the entire team of staff is awesome!

When shopping for a new truck, I found a beautiful red truck online at Sands Chevrolet. I contacted the salesman and he said it was available. I drove 1 hour to Glendale and to my surprise the truck wasn't there. I settled with a black truck instead. Signed the paperwork and was told that they would pay the rest of my old car off within 2 weeks and I did not need to worry about the payment. 3 weeks pass and my old car was not paid. Sands called me and told me to come in and sign new paperwork because they had a better deal in store. I drove another hour to Glendale and again to my surprise the deal was worse. I ended up paying more than what was first agreed on. Nobody gave me answers and I feel completely conned but what's done is done and I will not be referring anyone to this place so be careful.

My service attendant Austin was a great help. He showed excellent customer service skills, and went out of his way to provide the best customer service experience for me. On top of that he took care of setting up a LYFT ride home for me, and making sure my vehicle was cleaned and washed..When the service department had finished working on a part and car battery warranty issue with my Chevy Traverse, and performing an oil change, Austin made sure I was satisfied with all aspects of the service and work performed and assured me that I had no out of pocket charges. Overall I had a great experience with all Sands Chevrolet staff that Saturday. They are truly genuine and caring people. Thank you all for you're great assistance.
I <3 Sands as a dealership as a whole. This includes Matt H, in sales, at the surprise location. But let me tell you. SERVICE AT SANDS IS AMAZING. QUICK. PROFESSIONAL. AUSTIN at the Glendale location, has made my service needs, not just "bareable" but actually amazing. No one likes getting repairs done, but Austin has made it very easy, he is knowledgeable, friendly, he communicates. AUSTIN IS AMAZING SERVICE CONSULTANT.
The staff was great and very friendly. And helpful I felt very good knowing there is still good and friendly people like your staff working and caring. But over all. The service consultant Gage Hawes kept me in touch on what was going on with my truck. He was very nice and friendly. That to me means a great deal in a person. I give him a great big thank you and. Never had a dealership so Dysfunctional! Tried to buy 100k car twice now. First time going to dealership after making an appointment the car was not there. Then second time they told me it was there come by. Another appt. Car was there but now sold/not sold . Who knows with this dealership. Definitely don’t need a education to work here.
I had the best experience at this dealership!! I usually don't like car salesman, Everyone at Sands Chevrolet made my experience awesome, Chris is the best, he was so patient with me until I decided I was ready, Steven, Steve, Celina, and everyone one else there today, they are all patient, helpful and Courteous ! I appreciate all of you for my making this car buying experience the best ever!! I love my new car!!!! Thank you so much !!
Without even looking at my car, he recommended that I balanced my tired. That was warning #1. When I told him I bought them at another Chevy dealership and they say they would rotete them for free, he said that they will not without even saying OK and check with them. Then I had a coupon for $38.88 for my oil change and I was charged 69.99 in oil, filter and a third item and then took $20 for coupon. I asked why it was higher than the coupon and he said because they had to charge for other materials used, which I was charged separately $22.58. So overall, this was not a good experience and it's the second time this had happened. I will drive further going forward to the dealership I bought my tires from as I know they always provide good customer service and always accurate in pricing.
