My experience here was somewhat depressing. This office lack experience and seems to be overbooked so to make up for it the dentist will send you to a lot of outsourced referral types to buy time. I didn't feel welcome here nothing was friendly or educational about my experience but more demanding and only given one choice. I feel like my insurance is being milked like a cow. I walked away with nothing but a shattered dream and confusion. This office feels prejudiced. IF you are a young street type of African American male don't waste your time. God bless.

The best dental place! Everyone is incredibly professional and friendly, taking great care of their customers and making the experience very pleasant. I couldn’t recommend enough!

I enjoy coming to Sandy Springs Dental. I have been a patient for over 4 years and do not see myself changing any time soon. I really enjoy my hygienist, April, because she is very skilled at her job and makes sure that I am always comfortable. It's always easy to get my appointments set up or changed and the office is always clean. Everyone at the office is friendly.

Giving this dentist office two stars because I found Dr Stoever pleasant. The rest of my experience, and that of my wife, was astoundingly low quality. The phone is always picked up by voicemail, and calls are rarely returned. The team at the front desk is fine in person, but trying to communicate with this business is a joke. Rescheduling, confirming referrals, all of it lacks in professionalism/responsiveness. I don't recommend as there are, as we've since found out, so many highly professional, responsive dentists in the area.

Have been with Dr. Stoever at Sandy Springs Dental for about 2 years for cleaning services, I am overall happy. I recommend making appointment with hygienists that you like, because when they randomly assign you, the quality of service varies. Recently I just learned that this place only offer porcelain or gold crowns which were not very reliable materials. Also, the office told me that they don’t refer to other general dentists, and I will have to pick office then transfer. I found this a little surprising, but I need to go to someone that offers more dental crown options. Update about the owner's comment: I don't know what are you talking about that I "want a substandard metal crown"? WHAT does that even mean? Can you please show proof when I asked about that? Based on the emails I sent, I can't recall anything like this!!! Here was my interaction/email communications with your office staff: "Your treatment plan is attached. Let me know when you would like to schedule." Then when I expressed that I have concerns about porcelain or gold crowns, the response was "The only other option Dr will do is gold." "We don’t refer to other general dentists, you would pick another office to transfer to." Basically there was NO explanations or anything about the materials: is it full metal/gold crown or metal-ceramic crowns? Porcelain crown can crack, especially for teeth in the back. And I was wondering the gold crown was all gold or something. But guess I am supposed to figure out everything on my own about what exactly your office is offering.

Dr. Stoever and her staff are friendly and easy to talk to. They all make each visit quick, comfortable, and not intimidating at all. I've never had to wait in the waiting room for more than a few minutes, and the space is clean, comfortable, and not as clinical feeling as other dental offices I have visited. I like that I can call or email them with questions or to schedule appointments and they are equally responsive either way. I would highly recommend Sandy Springs Dental to anyone looking for a better experience or a new dentist closer to home.

Whenever I go to the dentist, I hope for 3 things. 1 On Time Appointment. 2 Nice Hygienist that doesn't criticize me for not flossing as much as I should, HA. 3 Good, gentle cleaning for routine visits and quality, competent work for bigger jobs like root canals, crowns, etc. In the two years that I've been going to Sandy Springs Dental, my experience has always been fantastic. Dr. Stoever and her team does a remarkable job and I've recommended them to several co-workers and family.

Very glad I found this dentist team. They do a great job, are gentle on your teeth, their office is clean, and they are very friendly which I think is crucial for anyone in a field where they have sharp objects in your mouth. I will continue to come back and dont dread my dentist visits. Highly recommend for those wondering if they should try this dentist.

I love Sandy Springs Dental! Been going for almost 4 years and the service has always been impeccable! My dental health is way better than before I visited the office and because of the exceptional people and service, I've recommended SS Dental to friends. Tiffany, Dr. Stoever and Kathy are the three people I come into contact with most and I adore them! Thank you all for being so awesome!

My hygienist, Jennifer, is always very professional, sweet, and keeps me calm with my severe anxiety/fear of having any dental work/cleanings done. She also takes the time to explain how and why things are being done in my mouth & educates me on how to take better care of my teeth and gums. Dr. Stoever listens to your concerns, addresses them, and has done a wonderful job as well!
