Poor customer service, I would not recommend this company to my enemies. I never write bad reviews on companies but this was warranted! You guys should really learn how to elevate your customers experience we put food on your table.
This place is the only hauling company in the city that didn't try to overcharge me. They always pick-up my container when they are supposed to and have gone out of their way to help me grow my company by treating me honestly and fairly. I recommend them to anyone in need of trash removal service in new York city.
This seems like a good company, but I tried for several days to get a hold of anyone who could help me set up a waste removal schedule and no one ever got back to me. All they did was, day after day, take my name and number. Really big pain.
Fast and fair thanks for working with us and saving countless hours of time. Looking forward to working together again.
Rude and dangerous drivers. Saw them almost hit a family crossing the street in a crosswalk and then laughing about it. Sick people work for this company. I would not trust them with secure. Documents or anything after hours. Not trustworthy. Sloven.

This company not good service . we have since last week garbage. we calling them everyday and they told me we are coming to pickup your garbage .Until now nobody come to pick . its 10 days now . and we got tickets for city . but still they are not serious .
