We had my mother's service here December 6, 2021 at the Macario Garcia location. They did an awesome job making my mom look so beautiful as she always was. The people there were super helpful and very nice. I have had other services there before and I have always been pleased.

My daughter just send me a video of my mother grave. It looks like a jungle there. In the front all nice &clean cut . But how in to the back.really this is crazy if they cut the front why not the back. We have had problems before with them am so sorry mom. I will be calling them tomorrow. We are &cleaning my mom's grave we always do but today its really bad. If you have a loved one go see for yourself so you can see what I am talking about. Too sad we trust them with our loved ones. 5/29/22 my grand daughter went to take a picture with her grandma for graduation guess what someone had backed up and her tom stone was drop down. Thank God it didn't break my son in law &family fix it while they were fixing it to the back where the fence is someone drove th e ir car all the way back there they were having a party drinking screaming &were spining their tires hard. Lird this is a cemetery ppl are resting here. Ok if you want to hear music ok but come on eith boom boom box full blast. No respect for others.i called today a sales man answered my called. Lol said he would talk to the owner. Lol really they told me this when!!!!!!!!!!

I personally have never had to search for a funeral home. Santana was one of the 4 funeral homes on my list. I’m happy that I decided to go with them. The staff was great and the price was extremely reasonable. Now the down side is that the cafeteria is across the street and I felt weird sending our guest out there especially at night. Also, wish they were up to date on electronics and technology. They also have no elevators. Glad no one in my family needed to use it. Besides that the place was clean.

First of all I don’t recommend any of the Santana funeral homes... the charges ya to escort our mother and didn’t do so .. then they showed up late with th body the day of the burial and now they won’t refund the money that they owes us . We have mister Santana on video stating the day of the burial that HE personally would drop off the refund check .. it’s been a week and no check .. our mom had cancer and one of my sister stop working to care for her and she needs the money ! I’m very disappointed in how everything turned out and even more disappointed that they are liars .

Worst experience Ever! They offer you good plans and affordable at the end they don't have nothing organized, they want to take advantage and want to over charge you for things that "are included" .. employees don't even know what's going on, can't even help there seem like they don't know what there job is supper RUDE! The fact that they came up stairs and told the family they had 10 minutes left didn't even let everyone say bye in peace. IN ALL HONESTY DO NOT RECOMMEND.. there's other affordable funerals With professional employees from the beginning to the end WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Regret going there!

Worst funeral home ever ! Very unorganized! They tell you one thing then the day of the funeral give you something completely different.The a/c does not work it’s so hot. The carpet is filthy. Would never recommend anyone to use this funeral home for their loved ones.

What a waste of our time and money. If you want to avoid more difficult situations during a time that is already hard by itself, please avoid this funeral home. They will give you the runaround and change their offerings from one day to the next. Sad and incompetent.

This place will go over and beyond for their clients, I love all the staff there, very reasonable prices and very informative. I recommend them to everyone because I know they will take care of anyone I send to them. Thank you Santana!

This place made me regret ever getting a cremation .....I can't even share the details,because it makes me too furious.but if you love the one you loss don't trust their bodies with these people.

i came here to see my grandpa funeral but they brought the wrong body with my grandpa clothes don’t even let us use their WiFi so the family that couldn’t make it see the funeral
