Once again Carlos and the Santana Properties team were a delight to work with! This was our second time working with Carlos. He was incredibly patient and helpful throughout our home buying and sale process. His advice helped us get a house we truly didn’t think we’d be able to get. Once we had an offer accepted Carlos helped us get our condo ready for sale and listed right away so that we could align the open houses with our vacation. The Santana marketing materials are top notch and resulted in us get multiple offers on our home. Thanks to Carlos’s advice and guidance we accepted a great offer and were able to close on our sale within a couple of weeks of our purchase. We are sad that we don’t have another reason to work with Carlos and his team, but are happy that it’s because he helped us find our forever home. I had the best experience working with Bobby Lavey finding a house. He was extremely responsive, provided detailed information to help inform on the best offer to put forward including 1:1 discussions with the seller realtors and once an offer was accepted, ushering us through the closing process. The lender and attorney he recommended provided high quality output. He also went above and beyond speaking with neighbors to get details about the neighborhood to help us settle in easily. We bought our first home recently with the help of the Santana team. Ashley Kent was our real estate buyer’s agent from Santana and she is the REAL DEAL. From the first day we met Ashley, we knew she was going to be our strongest ally in the fiercely competitive real estate market of today in the Boston area. We made an offer on the first house we fell in love with, which got accepted, with Ashley's guidance--this is almost unheard of these days. As first-time homebuyers, we had no experience of the entire process of purchasing a property. With her expert knowledge of the real estate market, Ashley helped us negotiate a competitive purchase price and a deal that was fully in our favor, despite this being a seller's market! Over the two months it took for our mortgage to get approved, Ashley always had our backs. My fiancé and I had a great experience working with the Santana team to buy our first home! Gus in particular was incredible. If I could give 10 stars to Charlotte, I would. She helped us buy our first home, and has set an EXTREMELY high standard for any future agents we may need to work with but hopefully we can just use her forever!. She was responsive, thorough, and kind when we asked a million questions. Charlotte explained everything well sometimes repeatedly when we will still confused and created a comfortable atmosphere such that we knew we could go with her about any questions with the process - even if the question was "does this go to you, the lender, or the attorney?" I cannot recommend Charlotte and her colleagues at Santana more highly, especially for first-time homebuyers at any price point. She will take care of you and celebrate with you every step of the way.

Gus helped me purchase two properties one personal and the other an investment . He is very knowledgeable on either direction you choose to go. I knew nothing about owning a personal home and how to even get the process going. Gus has so much information to offer that he made the whole process for me go smoothly, and comfortable especially with my rental Property. Gus educated me on things such as looking at rental comps, cap rates, etc. I recommend him for anything as i still go back to him whenever i have any questions he always has an answer for me! I recommend him and the Santana team.
