This is the happiest doctors office I have ever seen. Everyone is laughing and happy, staff, and patients . I usually get there early and they always get me right in. Dr. Callahan is knowledgeable and takes care of the problem with a smile. The staff is friendly and attentive. Not many doctors offices that I enjoy visiting, but the Santiam Foot Clinic is one... actually the only one.

I've had nothing but good experiences with this Doctor. I was having excruciating pain from plantar fascitis and he made me custom made shoe inserts that were life changing for my foot pain. He has an outgoing funny personality which matches my personality which makes the visit fun and I enjoy seeing him.

Dr Callahan is a wonderful doctor who never fails to make the appointment fun and keep me laughing throughout the visit. The staff is outstanding too. My family has been going to him for years for a variety of reasons and we have never had a bad experience.

Dr. Callahan is the best! I had 4 tumors in my left that was leaving me in an incredible amount of pain every day. I was very nervous about the surgery but he put me at ease with knowledge and a great sense of humor. The surgery went very smoothly with him and his staff being available to answer all my questions afterwards and getting me in right away when I thought I had an infection which I didn't. The staff is super friendly and always greets you with a smile. Dr. Callahan is one of the best doctors I've ever had and I recommended him to all with foot problems

My son has been seeing Dr. Callahan for years and we are very impressed with his caring, excellent care and diagnostic skill. Not only is he a wonderful doctor, but he helps patients and their parents feel relaxed and comfortable. My son asks when he gets to go back to the podiatrist, I'd call that a win!

I have never in my life felt more comfortable, important, and honestly shown my condition in layman's terms that I could understand. Dr Callahan is compassionate, honest, and if laughter truly heals than you will never find a better place than Santiam Foot Clinic. Thanks to their amazing staff.

I will start off this review stating that Dr. Callahan is a wonderful doctor. Unfortunately, I will no longer be a patient at his practice after the Office Manger was extremely unprofessional toward me. I had multiple issues with the orthotics I received through Santiam Foot Clinic in less than a year of owning them. After multiple office visits dealing with the issues and having my personal and work life drastically impaired for weeks due to the inability to walk without pain, I spoke with the Office Manager and asked for a partial refund on the orthotics. Immediately, the Office Manager’s tone came off as curt and dismissive. She made multiple excuses for why I should just deal with the issues I was experiencing, and made comments that were belittling, berating, and threatening. The interaction with the Office Manager left me sobbing, emotionally distraught, fear that her threats would come to fruition and negatively impact my medical care, fear of calling Santiam Foot Clinic, and fear of entering the office to pick up my orthotics. I cannot believe I was ever put in that position. UPDATE to address the response below: The orthotic issue, while frustrating, was handled as well as it could be by Dr. Callahan. The issue at hand, that led to my decision to no longer work with Santiam Foot Clinic, was the blatantly unprofessional, rude, and frankly aggressive behavior of the Office Manager/Dr. Callahan’s wife. But thank you for again not addressing the actual concern.

Doctor Manson and all of the staff at the clinic were so friendly and patient and helpful when I broke my foot. They answered all my questions and guided me through all of the stages of my healing. They even helped me out to my car when I need that! I am very happy with my treatment and high recommend Santiam Foot Clinic.

Honestly this team of experts exceeded my every expectation of what a foot doctor would offer! From the AWESOME admin team Tricia who couldn't have been kinder or more professional, to the fun & brilliant Dr Callahan who answered questions I didn't even know to ask! Dr Callahans witty and exceptional knowledge prevented a potential lifetime of pain. Good bless you all for your compassionate, fun, care! 5 stars isn't enough!

My recent appointment with Dr Tyler Manson was a great experience! I had been feeling sharp pains on the balls of my feet, After the first appointment I felt so much better! I shouldn’t have waited so long to address the problem! Dr Manson gave me information I needed for better foot health, his kind nature and expertise is refreshing. The office staff is friendly and very helpful.
