The front desk staff was friendly and made scheduling a breeze. I had a hydrafacial for my first service here. Kirsten was kind and spent time getting to know me and my skin needs. The facial was very relaxing and my skin is still glowing 24 hours later. Every room was clean, comfortable, and inviting. I can't wait to come back!

I just had an appointment with Amanda and she is absolutely incredible. From the get-go, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a welcoming vibe. The treatment I received was top-notch and tailored just for me. Amanda is super professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’m blown away by the results and my skin has never looked better. I highly recommend Amanda at Sarah Akram to anyone looking for a skilled and caring esthetician.

My daughter came away happy and more knowledgeable about her skin and acne. She said her service was very congenial and made her feel more self confident about being able to take care of her teen acne. I am so grateful for this. I would highly recommend this patient and customer oriented skin care venue.

If I could give zero stars after my recent experience I would. I have received multiple services here since the start of the year, and after my last visit I was scheduled for another visit 3 months later. At that time, I was unsure about the specific dates, but I was scheduled anyway. This past week the scheduled date came up, however, I work in a secured facility and can't access phone or emails during the day. I attempted to cancel the morning of the appointment, but was still charged the full amount of the service. The cancellation policy is quite strict, and not well explained to customers prior to scheduling a service. The cherry on top was the receptionist who was so rude when I called trying to remedy. The message is that Sarah Akram Skincare is inflexible, rude, and unless you have status then they won't want to work with you.

My services always start on time. Kirsten is very knowledgeable and professional. She also has a calming relaxing demeanor.

I came to Sarah Akram Skincare post COVID-19 shutdown and I feel they have done an excellent job reopening and taking the necessary precautions. Christina at the front desk was professional, friendly, and efficient getting me checked in and out. I was serviced by Emilee and I am extremely happy with my results. The salon itself is beautiful. It is definitely a luxury spa experience but still felt inviting and completely unpretentious. I will be back!

My cousin bought me a facial with Kirsten for my birthday. I have psoriasis and sensitive skin so I frequently see dermatologists and esthetician’s. Hands down the best facial I’ve ever had. It felt like she had 4 hands with the intricate massage techniques she used! It was a very personalized experience where I learned so much about ingredients suitable for my skin in such a relatively short amount of time. Kirsten herself has psoriasis which was refreshing and calming because I do have insecurities about my plaques. She totally left it up to me how much conversation I wanted to have during the facial but checked in to see how the products were feeling. Fantastic communication and just a really likable person. The receptionist is a total sweetheart with a warm and welcoming presence. The building is gorgeous and I just really enjoyed the whole experience. Highly highly recommend.

An amazing experience. I've received a SA Luxury facial with Betty and Biologique Recherche treatment with Amanda. Both were incredibly relaxing. After the BR treatment, I was GLOWING for weeks. That service is pricey but is so worth it. 10/10 experience.
