Satya Moon Yoga

I work in the market where this studio is located and have had the pleasure of conversing with Katerina on a number of occasions. I am amazed by her knowledge....she could identify root causes of posture issues and chronic problems me and my family suffer from, and exercises we can do to help make it better. True master of her craft!

What an amazing place! I love it here! I first started with a 2 week and 4 week introduction package thinking I could try it and out see if this is right for me. Then I went to the summer packages and once summer was up I was paying for a full year of classes. I am hooked! This is the best workout I have ever had that allows me to understand my limitations and know how to work my body well. I still have struggles but the instructors here are there to listen and help. Before I didn't understand my body limitations and kept injuring myself while here I now know how to listen to my body better and inform the instructors of my struggles. Everyone is different and not everyone can do the same thing. I went from not being able to do a hand stand to learning the proper way to do a handstand. I don't know what I would do with out this place because initially I stepped into the place hoping to make some aches and pains go away that even the chiropractor and therapist couldn't help with weekly visits. If you are willing to be in tuned with your body and spirit and take a chance on learning proper yoga within time you will be as hooked as I am!

I was hooked after visiting this place! You learn a lot from the instructors about yourself and get a great work out that I feel wouldn't be possible on my own. I do weights and run but they showed me ways to use other muscles against my own body that I didn't think of before. If you continue to return and give this place a shot you will enjoy it as much as I do and keep returning for more. No other yoga studio in town offers what this place has.

Recommend highly, very nice instructors who are very knowledgeable, and provide a great learning experience on top of a relaxing, rejuvenating support. Definitely coming back!

I've been traveling for work for the past five years going to yoga studios all across this country and this one, is hands down the worst studio and group of 'teachers'. Are the even qualified with the yoga alliance? The blonde head teacher ends every sentence with ' and that's yoga'. I walked out of the class. Waste of my time and money. Go to Ganesh Studio in Wichita . They're more welcoming and down to earth and have a much better understanding of what yoga really is about.
