Saunders came up big for me! Rode my mower over some pesky sweet gum spikey balls and they destroyed my transmission belt. I called all over Louisville for repair, but most places were 5 weeks out on service and did not offer pick up and delivery. Saunders quoted me 3-5 weeks and were done in 1 1/2. Price was right on point and Beverly was sweet to deal with! I will use Saunders for all my Zero Turn mower repair needs.
Been taking my mowers there for many years. They've always done a good job on needed repairs. Never had any issues. Very satisfied.
I like these folks because they can actually FIX things. Took a blower in for warranty work. The set a clear expectation of what they would do and how long it would take told 4 weeks. They took a bit longer than they said due to difficulty getting parts. I understand why and don't blame them. I would have given them 5 stars but they are backed up probably because there are few people that fix things. I recommend them and was well satisfied.
I go there for blade sharpening. Reasonable prices, and available on Saturdays. Good prices on used mowers the way to go for new home owners. Staff is friendly and competent. Access is a little strange off the alley - as opposed to the Cannons Lane side. However, it isn't enough to make me want go elsewhere.
Good work at reasonable prices. They were warning about a 3 week wait to get your mower back and that was about right. Friendly folks too. Ill recommend them.
Had issues with mounting some tires on riding mower rims. Even though they couldn't help me with that specifically, they referred me to Big O Tires close by that got me fixed up. They're honest and helpful which makes all the difference to me. I'll be back next time I need a repair. Thanks!
My experience with Saunders was not good. I paid $175 for pick up and delivery and repair of 2 mowers around end of Sept. This past Sun., Oct. 20, '19, I tried using both the mowers and one I couldn't get started and the other started but made such a loud noise I was afraid to continue using it. So I called Monday and the lady that answered the phone said the carburetor probably needed cleaning because it sat for a couple of weeks without being used.???....said our gas has ethanol in it. Has anybody else heard of this? No warranty on work apparently because no offer of making good their repair. So basically, I donated $175 to their business. If I wanted it fixed AGAIN, I would have to pay $30 AGAIN to have it picked up and delivered and have to pay AGAIN for repairs. Are you kidding me!!! I live on limited income. I'm on social security. I don't have another no-telling how much money the next time, for repairs. This is not right! I obviously am not going to trust them again.
Wow, I’m still blown away! I took my Husqvarna blower to the shop today and was greeted immediately by a very kind gentleman, Jeff. Jeff looked at the blower on the spot, figured out it was an easy fix, made the fix in minutes, and sent me on my way...no charge since it was a simple issue! That’s kindness and service at its best, in my opinion. If any of my other lawn equipment ever breaks, I’ll be back and will insist on giving them money next time.
Went in to get a idler pulley for my riding mower today, they are the most ginuine and nicest people that I have come in contact with at a business in a long time. They had what I needed after getting the run around from some big well none placeswon't mention. I highly recommend Saunders Small engine Repair.
I’ve had bad luck with a couple of other small engine repair shops. These guys are honest as the day is long, and unlike some of the other shops, they know what they are doing. This is the only place I’ll take equipment for repair from now on.
