Savannah is the best nail place in Nob Hill. Their staff is very friendly also. My nails always look great after I go here, and they don't chip or wear as quickly as other places.

I've gone to several nail salons in the NW district of Portland, and Savannah Nails is, in my opinion, the best so far. They communicate well, and are no nonsense.
