Save-A-Lot

If I live on North side again I will be shopping here much more. I love the people of North side because they know what's up. No matter if you are shopping there or working there, we are a different type of people with a different mindset. We don't come from money so everyone knows the value of a dollar and how hard it is to make ends meet. Nobody judges you for what you are wearing or driving. Or what you put in your shopping cart. If they stare it's because they care and that's how I like it. North side is like a town all its own so we can usually spot our own kind and know what each other are looking for. Lol! I don't know how it works but it does. The good deals I did see on grocery items while I was there were decent enough for me to grab hold of and want to come back for.

Love how much money I can save. Can't find every single thing there, but a good variety. Had only one issue and they fixed it right away without any issues nor rudeness.

Great prices staff is always helpful and smiling. Its definitely a rough part of town being that it's west of National so lock your vehicles and expect beggars of course that can't be controlled. I have to mention that I once witnessed one of their staff catch a shoplifter and when she said she was trying to get food for her children they didn't call the police and gave her food and told her not to steal just ask and they would help if they could. God bless them.

Have been shopping here since the day they opened! Have absolutely no complaint here...the Management is very professional and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices make it easy to stay within budget and the selections are very good.
