I was traveling past Upland this weekend when my belt broke leaving me without power steering. I found this shop mainly based on the high quality ratings and they did not fail me. They were able to get me back on the road within a couple of hours which I greatly appreciated. Extremely wonderful staff! This was my first visit to Save On Auto Care. Vehicle needed oil change and brakes replaced. I met with Angie who coordinated everything. Through her I received high and effective customer service. She kept me well informed throughout the entire process. I was in and out within a couple of hours. The waiting room is quite small but it all worked out ok. They service all makes and models including Domestic & Foreign vehicles. Be sure to call in for appointments. Parking is very limited. Service was completed when promised as quoted and exceptionally service oriented. The mechanical repairs were completed exceptionally well, our car runs better than it has in years. We’ll be returning here for all our auto services.
