Large re-sale store set up like other Savers I've been in. Tons of good used clothing sometimes new. You can always find something. Cds, books, dvds, housewares, jewelry, shoes, and more. Toy section is huge, but a disaster...stuff mixed up, and everywhere, including the floor. Someone needs to spend some time here and organize it all.
When you consider that they've replaced many of the cashiers with self checkout machines, and they are clearly not hiring/training enough staff in back to properly tag the clothing items they put out or they simply don't care about quality control, the prices are absolutely inexcusable. Pretty much all of their inventory is donated, so what you have here is a publicly traded billion dollar corporation raising prices just because they can. Other local stores with better customer service and fitting rooms deserve your business more than Savers does.
I am almost certain the employees slap a SOLD sticker on the furniture to take for themselves along with some other good quality items. They are getting ridiculous with their prices. Please consider donating to families in need before donating to savers. They are a rip off!!!!
I went to buy a basic sweater with no tag, and the manager was called to price it. He literally whipped out his phone and looked up the brand on Ebay, and proceeded to price it for $9. LOL that sweater was nowhere near worth that, of course I just left it on the counter. I learned something exciting, if someone charges $100 for a used tissue on Ebay, I must be able to sell mine for $100 too!! I found the same one on Ebay for $4.99. I get comparing Ebay prices, but you don't go with the highest one, you go with the lowest. Smh. The way he pulled that off has me wondering if he's grabbing the goodies in the back for himself, strange to care THAT MUCH about a massive company.. He probably stuffs basic beanie babies in his fly, thinking he's gonna get $5,000 because people try listing them for that much on Ebay.
ITheir prices have more than doubled , even before covid. look at these pictures from yesterday of ripped and broken items that are priced for $16. I don’t care if there’s a sale day that would make them half price it is completely ridiculous and insulting to low income communities. This Company runs entirely on 100% donated items. Now they’re going to permanently close fitting rooms To add self check out stations. This will eliminate even more staff Yet cause more exchanges. They’re betting you won’t bother and just keep it. The exchange only policy for certain items only means your $10 for that used underwear won’t ever leave the company. They screw you on sales and coupons and loyalty points. And the bathroom looks like a dungeon from hell.
truly the best savers i’ve ever been to. all the staff were so lovely and the store was so clean.
Wow i justvwalked in saw so many varities great choice store to buy things us girls want and need maybe for special occasion at least even one purse shoes earings. To bad cant wear.. Lol i dress ppl murmur no pijamas so daily cloth justvstaying clean. Thats all.. This what i purchased.. Didnt fit what i need it for.
Good location to donate unused stuff.
This place is a joke. EW worst thrift store with highest prices and barely anything to choose from.
What happened to this place with the prices? I have taken many single moms and elderly individuals to shop for themselves and their family members for many years. The prices allowed them to purchase a variety of much needed items. Now the prices are outrageous! A sports bra for a teenage $15? That’s higher than the department store. You can get coupons for Macys and end up paying less for new items. This place provided things to lower income families for many years at affordable prices. Who do you have pricing these items. I saw dollar tree items for $4.00!!! Unbelievable! Savers needs to reassess what their mission is which was to get donations and sell them for a reasonable price. Not ok!
