The store is well kept, and clean! I always find something awesome there, and my friend just bought a piano, and a telescope for less than $250 altogether which is such a good deal! They have pretty good prices, too. My only complaint is that they don't take American Express cards.
This Savers is just okay. The store is the larger of the two in ABQ but it always seems so picked over. There are always pickers/resellers in the store, especially in the men’s section. I much prefer the other Saver’s location even though the store itself is smaller — there’s just better stuff to be found in that one.
-1 overall. As I walk up it’s 3.45 and the security guard tells me they are closed. They are supposed to be open until 4 today. Nope not letting me in. In the 15 minutes until it’s 5 other people have walked up so far to be turned away. It’s very disappointing how customer service has changed. I had checked the day before and was told by one of the managers Alfred that they would be open until 4 so thanks for wasting my time Savers. Another store not worried about me spending money there.
There has been no other person to disrespect a senior in a handicap stall in the bathroom as this woman has today. She outwardly stated "other people need to use that stall!" We were in the handicap stall where I had to assist my 85 yr old client with Alzheimer's and dementia in the stall. The other stall was being used fast without complaints from other individuals. I hope this is a lesson to herself and any company with a handicap stall in their facility. You don't know the situation or state of the person in the stall. Instead of yelling out other people need that stall she could have quietly knocked on the door asking if everything was okay. If she was having a bad day she should've taken a break or gone home.
Cavernous and noisy, but relatively clean and they definitely have the largest selection of clothing in town. Signage is good and the clerks are generally helpful.
Best place for everything I need. Stoped shopping at the chain store. Don’t need to . Sometime savers prices do get a bit out of hand. Just laugh and pass it by
This place is getting to expensive, you are better off going to Thrift Town across the street. This place is constantly selling sets in seperate pieces. I have even seen items here that were priced higher than Walmart brand new. The latest move this place has done tells me to shop elsewhere....they have no changing rooms to try things on before you buy so if it don't fit when you get home, tough noogies, all you get is store credit, no money back. Thrift Town across the street is far better just based on the "try before you buy" aspect plus they are much cheaper than Savers.
Good prices . You can find a huge selection of items. Well organized store..
This location is nicely spread out and well lit. The staff is always friendly on my trips here. It has changed since my last visit. No dressing room is available and they now have multiple self check out stations with credit/debit cards! It was an easy process and I didn't have to wait in line after a huge basket shopper. I enjoy Savers and can wait traffic out while browsing clothes for distraction
Savers still doesn't have their dressing rooms open. I filled up a cart full of clothes and realized that too late. Definitely not going shopping there again. I don't buy clothes without trying them on.
