I ordered 2 paintings to be delivered to Ontario, Canada. I was very impressed with the service I received. Communication was easy. Shipping was quicker than I expected and the items were packaged so thoughtfully. Paintings were as described. Excellent customer service and I couldn't be more pleased!

I accidentally called her three different times not realizing it because I have zero knowledge on art or anything that deals with art and all I am doing is trying to sell a piece of art. Since when was it an insult to forget that you called the same establishment once or twice before? After I apologized and took my brief moment of shame I attempted to at least make the call worth our while by asking if you could point me in the right direction. I don't understand why but apparently I offended her and she ended our conversation with "please don't ever call back here again".... I can take humiliation, but the way she told me not to call back was as if I was a stalker or something. Probably good at her job but I'll never know...

Extremely rude and arrogant. Highly recommend avoiding. Funny someone with a 3.5 is going to discredit a one star rating it's not like you are a 4.7 or 4.8 overall. I also liked how you said last ten reviews were one star you picked ten on purpose because the eleventh review was five star. Be more polite and you would get a better review. Novel concept I know.

Although the owner seemed knowledgeable and I'm sure she is. But my experience was not only getting a very very rude call back. But she seemed as if I wasn't good enough to talk to nor deal with. She said for me to go and look around for myself. And all I asked for is a little knowledge about a painting and it's painter. I definitely do not recommend her unless you like getting yelled at because she's hungry.
