First time customer today for brow threading and she was friendly, quick, and really good! $11 is a fair price for her services and I’ll definitely be back

Not sure where the owner or original team went but the person who threaded my brows today was horrible, trash and a reason I will find a new threading place. I have been a customer for 7 years. I frequented the shop when it was on Monroe. When I expressed my concern that that she hardly removed any hair and it was not clean she wanted to argue as to why she kept them bushy. Please let that lady go who worked 3/16/22. All she did was talk and gossip. It was the worst experience. I got my brows threaded this afternoon! Look at the picture below. It looks messy and not clean. I am so upset.

The person who threaded my eyebrows yesterday did a bad job. She did not pluck them well and left it bushy. My eyebrows are definitely messy and does not have a good shape.

She’s right inside the Beya salon. Takes only walk ups, but was still in and out very quickly to get my eye brows threaded. Her phone number is listed on door and need to call to have her let you in. Great service, great thread, and will go back again.

I know I’ve proclaimed other shops as Best in Atlanta in this past, but this place stays consistent - everyone is skilled with it, and I literally have curly eyebrows. They’re not easy to wrangle into submission. I just went for the first time in SIXTEEN MONTHS and came out minutes later like I didn’t walk in with Oscar the Grouch brows. Also they manage to avoid the excruciating pain that sometimes occurs with this technique, which is a bonus. I usually put numbing gel on in advance, but this last time I went without and was good money! It’s tucked away and easy to miss, but worth it every time. Also, free parking!

She’s friendly, and I left in five minutes with perfect eyebrows.

Amazing! I'd never had threading done before so I was super nervous and kind of panicked that my overgrown brows were too skinny post-threading. I was comforted and ensured they looked as they should. After going home and really looking at them, they were perfect. I just wasn't used to seeing them groomed. Go see Naz on Tuesdays and Wednesday, she's awesome and I'll now be seeing her regularly.

Love this place! Saylah is so nice and so personable, and does such a great and steady job with my brows. Love speaking with her every few weeks! Also, she's updated her practices with COVID-19 protocols, so you'll be well taken care of even now!

I’ve been a customer of Saylah since they opened in 2005. There’s no other place that I trust to get my eyebrows right. We are faithful regulars and enjoying catching up with our favorite beauty specialists. Tonight, we went by to get our eyebrows threaded and they didn’t charge my mom for her threading in honor of Mother’s Day.
