A quick note of thanks to the staff for making perfect food every time I order pick up. I cannot imagine our weekly NY pizza crave without the staff, especially the manager who treats me like family. Be well, and thank you!

Stop in today at 8:00 pm, and they were closing down. 1 hour EARLY. Only one employee who obviously couldn't wait to get home. So disappointed.

They were very slow. And am a cheese loving guy, when i asked for extra cheese their reaction was not pleasing. Service does not meet price! I expect posetive attitude gir my service

The food is really good but kinda expensive. You don't really get that bang for your buck here.

This was the worst pizza I’ve had in my years of living. My family enjoyed it but I didn’t. Costumer service was great! But the food was not. The pizza was saggy barely any cheese and it was like rubber. If you enjoy rubber this is your place! This is my honest review and I don’t normally write reviews.

So rude. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm never able to place an order. They close early all the time and the employees have poor hygiene. I would strongly encourage &Pizza or Chipotle. Sometimes the food is not cooked well burned or still raw dough.

I’ve walked into different malls and different food court. I’ve never felt disgusted with any place more than this place. All the employees where rude and full of attitude even before I started ordering what I wanted. I ordered a New York size Pizza and wanted an extra cheese in which I was willing to pay for it. What I got back was a rude response and had to make me pay 6.00$ for an extra cheese. And the food was not even worth for the price... At all!!! I will never EVER come back to this place again. I will never wish anyone to go there. I’ll make sure people would know about this place.

I was at this Sabarro in Prince George's mall and the woman at the register told me the fresh ordered whole pepperoni pizza you purchase looks just like the pizza on display, this was not true. I asked her 3 times if she was sure the fresh whole pizza will be fully covered in pepperoni and all 3 times she said yes but when I got the pizza there was noticeably less pepperoni and missing from the top like 8-10 pieces. The woman suddenly couldn't speak english clearly and kept saying the cheese it moved, I saw 2 other whole pepperoni pizzas out of the oven with mine and they looked fully covered... I feel so cheated and lied to, it was approximately January 19th, 2021 at 5pm, it's only January but I've already spent $50 there but now I can not spend another dime there, her excuse made no sense of the cheese it moved when the other 2 pizzas for display looked perfect. Oh you got me good, but now I don't come back... so I guess I got you

Very rude. I will NEVER go back again. I can't stand when people speak another language assuming you don't understand them. The Saturday evening shift is a disgrace. This was totally unwarranted behavior. All I did was literally place an order.

I simply liked their dishes. I always get awesome service here. The place is well kept and the workers are always kind. Will come visit again.
