Gave an estimate back in Feb. - contacted the estimator on the paperwork over a month ago and said I’m ready to move forward, said he would call back. No call back. - called again last week and left voicemail. No call back. - called a couple days ago and spoke to someone that said they would have someone call me back. No call back. Almost $4,000 worth of work. Not worth a call back to say they are too busy to take on my project I guess.

Did half the job so I have a torn apart room. Communication wasn’t great either, had to reach out to them multiple times to get my quote, which should’ve been a red flag as water damage/mold remediation is considered an emergency.

Chis did an EXCELLENT job with numerous repairs at my home. He always on time and professional. I would definitely recommend him. His work speaks for itself.
