Our daughter wanted a lizard but we were not sure what kind or how big to get. Vincent was so helpful with picking the tank size, food, supplies and Papaya! If you are looking to get a new addition go see Vincent he is the best!

Wonderful store, amazing friendly staff. Super helpful and knowledgeable. We drove 2 hours for fruit flies and they held them for us. Will be visiting again, and highly recommend!

Amazing place! Kids loved looking at the Reptiles, Snakes, Lizards, Turtles and Fish. The staff was absolutely amazing and a customer allowed the kids to touch a Lizard. If you are in too reptiles this is the place to visit.

Ricardo was great, we came in to look at spiders, and he walked us through everything we needed to know, showed us all options he had available, and we ended up getting a pink toed antille. This location is always very helpful, and really care about their animals, and customers.

The customer service here is phenomenal. Vince in particular has exceptional skills in customer service. Any issue I have ever had he addresses it with concern and finds a fair solution in the blink of an eye. Every question I have ever asked about my panther chameleon he has answered with thought to my specific needs and without hesitation. The store is ALWAYS spotless when I come in and if there is something not stocked Vince will add it to his order so it is available the next time you come in! This is my go to spot for my baby because of the superb customer service and availability of product.

Vincent helped find me a perfect adult bearded dragon for my son! He loves it and it's calm and very big so perfect for my little man! He also helped make sure I had the whole set up and accessories for our newest family member! Vincent is our reptile guy! We are waiting on our future family member we will be getting from here as well! Thank you so much! He's also helped with the care questions I've had!

I stumbled upon scales and tails doing a quick Google search. I was in the market to purchase a bearded dragon for my son. Scales and tails was my second reptile store that I had checked out. The first store I went to did not give me the time of day! They failed to greet me or assist me at all. That was not the case here. My first time walking in the door Ricardo and Michael were very helpful, warm and knowledgeable. Making a purchase like this is a big deal so we needed to think on all the information that they had given us. We came back a few days later to find Michael working. We pulled the trigger with him and bought our citrus bearded dragon. He got his all set up and shared all the knowledge he had to give. Whoever is the boss… give him a raise! He is a valuable employee and takes care of your location.

I really appreciate this place. They never get very personal unlike my old place. If I need help, they're knowledgeable. Typically they have what I need and will hold items for me if I call ahead. They're easy to deal with. It's my main place to go for feeders. <3 They have live and frozen which is *great*.

Stopped in to get a UVB lamp for my Sugar Gliders which they had in stock at a fair price. I browsed around and noticed they had a wide selection of pets and food for them. Employee was friendly & knowledgeable. I recommend this establishment for your pets needs.
