Automatically moved me to a variable rate from my previous fixed rate which increased my bill by an additional $150. I called customer service and they were NOT helpful and said "sorry, thats our policy". Just typical money hungry, non-helpful customer service experience.

They have no consideration for humanity. They will turn your gas off without needing you there but when you’ve paid them in full and it’s time to be reconnected, they need access to your home. They will leave you without gas for days.

They charged our 95 old Aunt $20 late fee, when She was in quarantine I spoke with someone on the phone and they refuse to wave the fee, so i give up and paid the charge. I cant believe there doing that in the middle of pandemic, she was a loyal customer for many years. I will NOT be renewing there service next year with them.
