Scarlet Clothing

I have been a loyal customer for over a decade. From the advice I’ve been give for special events, to actually knowing what I like, and keeping up with it. A+. It’s now fun to share the shopping at scarlet with my daughters. My Christmas was pretty awesome this year, as they gave my husband some great guidelines. Boutique clothes that no one else in LR seems to carry. Great accessories. I found the staff to be extremely helpful. Perfect place to grab a gift for someone special. This place has always got something great in the window to make you stop & check it out!!

I had such a nice experience shopping online at this store. The customer service was above and beyond. They were so helpful and responsive. Very happy customer. I will definitely continue to shop here!

I have shopped here off and on since the store opened years ago and although I live out of state, I will occasionally stop in when I’m home for the holidays or a family visit. All of the negative reviews are correct and it saddens me that this is the way people are made to feel when shopping here. From the perspective of a wardrobe stylist, they have a few great brands in store, however the pieces they select and how they style them almost make the higher end brand look like any other wholesale southern boutique item. Which I’m sure does cause confusion as to why you are paying so much for an ordinary tank top. At the end of the day, this is a clothing boutique in the south and it’s obviously not the same clothing stores I shop at in LA. If you are looking for chic, or trendy high end clothing, you can find it but disregard how anything is styled by the staff here. I hate that they have such a bad reputation because this is my hometown and I would love to recommend them or support them, but they have typical mean girl attitudes, including the owners and buyer for the store.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My friends and I went here to shop for an outfit for our white coat ceremony. This store is a little out of my price range sorry, but I’m not paying $120 for a solid color, poorly made T-shirt; however, my friends have found stuff here before and so we went. At one point I told them that they could go ahead and try things on, but I wasn’t going to because it was simply out of my price range. I kept looking around to kill time and the woman working there came up to me and asked VERY RUDELY why I was still looking at price tags if I wasn’t going to try anything on. Then as she walked off she mumbled “So Annoying!” Loud enough that my friend standing more than 10 feet away heard her. I HAVE NEVER experienced such horrible customer service in my life!!! I can assure you that neither myself, nor my friends will EVER give her our business again!! ZERO STARS!

DO NOT come in this store if you are black or a person of color!!! Came in on a slow Saturday with my mom and stopped here after doing some shopping at Belk and decided to stop in for my first time. The store was dead with just two other customers in the store, yet for some reason the customers couldn’t open their mouth to greet us. I work at a small boutique myself in Little Rock and know how important it is to greet EVERYBODY. You would think a small boutique with workers doing nothing but sitting at the front desk could greet us, but no. I’m not sure whether it’s because we didn’t match their description of who should be shopping there two black women or they just have no customer service training. But it’s clear they have horrible training and are in dire need of diversity training.

Great place to shop. Went in to find something for my wife, gave them a budget and they took care of the rest. Very easy to work with, highly recommended.

Emily gave me a great haircut. Wish they would distance their customers better.

The staff is rude and unhelpful. The staff would rather be their version of “high-school cool,” than receive a sale.

The staff was very helpful and I ended up with 3 perfect items boxed up very nicely.
