Absolutely the worst company to deal with in all of healthcare. I gave them my insurance information and they billed me instead. I called them and tried to correct it, but they work about 23 hours a week. I got my insurance to work with me and contact them to sort things out and they still screwed up and gave my insurance the wrong address. They are literally incompetent. Now, after my insurance has paid, they are still sending me bills. I have never had a worse experience. These people should not be in business. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Yea, Mount Auburn Hospital's Billing Department is a bunch of kooks.
