All the staff are very nice and helpful. They go above and beyond to get you what you want. I would recommend their big selections and personable sales staff to anyone. I will deffinetly return in the future for more merchandise.

Applied for credit on line. Receiver a phone call later that day. Purchased a Troy Bilt riding mower. Schewels told me delivery would Tuesday. They called Monday (Memorial Day) and said they were delivering Monday. Woo Hoo. Mother nature did not cooperate along with my work schedule. Finally 3 days later I got to use the mower. Very pleased with the mower. Staff is very friendly and answered all my questions. Would I recommend Schewels to friends. Absolutely. I will be shopping with them again.

I bought a $1,600 couch from Schewels, and a coffee table for $140. The movers accidentally broke the coffee table in transit, and schewels refused to knock anything off of something damaged in their care. Not even $1 for something very noticeable large chipped places they were aware of. I feel once my money was debited they no longer cared about customer service.

Electronics aren't to bad if you have a problem with them if you have the warranty they do take them back in and fix them with no problems pretty good service there if you go in you can ask for Johnny he'll take care of all your needs
