Food was fresh. Service was horrible. The girl working the counter was really unhappy to have customers. She seemed extremely inconvenienced to have to ring our order. The manager and possible owner were so busy trying supplies in and out. I doubt they noticed the rude employees.
The food was excellent. I highly recommend the broccoli cheese soup. However the customer service was horrible. I went to the restaurant with a friend of mine and we both ordered broccoli cheddar soup. I got my soup but they ran out before she got hers so we had to wait for her soup and we waited 30 minutes. I went over to ask if they could please compensate us somehow for having to wait so long and all the manager did was offer to give me a new soup and take the old one that was cold. I ordered the half-and-half pick 2 combo and the guy who Waited on me said it was the size of the big red bowl. When I got my salad it was half the size. I. I knew I was getting a 1/2 salad but I thought it was the size of the big red bowl that's the Waiter showed me. The manager made complete excuses for him saying that he was new. She should have honored the mistake and given me the bigger size. She should have compensated us something for the fact that we had to wait 30 minutes for our soup. While we were waiting another customer came over with an issue with her Burger and turned out she decided to keep it anyway and the manager gave her a free cinnamon bun. But she gave us nothing and we waited 30 minutes. She should have done something. The food is very good but I will not be back. I expect better service than that. They were completely unorganized and she just made Excuse after excuse. I work in customer service at Costco So I know what is expected when your deal with customers. Corporate needs to do something and get this restaurant organized. I am not impressed and by the way my avocado turkey's salad had no avocado on it. UPDATE: My Friend and I decided to go back to the restaurant to get a refund because her sandwich did not have avocado on it either. The manager, Kimberly, Insisted that she made the salad and sandwich herself and Insisted that she put all of the ingredients on herself she said the cameras even showed it so we told her then get the camera and check it and see we will wait. She said no we will look at it tomorrow. If you want a refund you have to give us the food back. Unbelievable! When we mentioned about the soup taking 30 minutes she didn't even apologize or anything. Just simply said we have to give the food back in order to get a refund. No apology whatsoever. Terrible service. if you want to get good service don't come here you won't get it. I have a picture of the sandwich with the missing avocado but don't know how to post it here. This was my first time eating here and this will be my last. Never again ever.
Zero stars. Not a restaurant that cares about their customers. My friend and I waited half an hour and neither of us received correct orders. We both ordered meals that contained avocado and neither of us received avocado; we were not told correct salad bowl size. When we went back to the restaurant for refunds, staffer Kimberly essentially accused us of lying. Right away she said she had cameras and would go check to prove that we really did receive avocado on our sandwich and salad. I said, "Please do check the cameras!" As if I would have made the trip back to the restaurant twice once for myself, once later that eve for my friend to scam a restaurant out of an $11.00 meal?! I have photo of dry sandwich which was returned earlier. Suddenly Kimberly couldn't check the cameras until the next day. I felt she was sarcastic, accusatory, and demeaning, and displayed an overall nasty attitude. She offered no apology to us. She refused to refund my friend's order. I will be elevating this to corporate and filing a consumer complaint. Neither of us will ever visit any Schlotzsky's again, and I will be telling family and friends to avoid them as well. Absolutely absurd. They do not deserve my business. Incidentally, when we first ordered, a customer in front of us also received an inaccurate order and they were offered a large cinnamon roll as compensation; no such offer was made to us and we waited half an hour for microwaved soup and incorrect order. Why the double-standards? Worst customer service experience I have ever had. We did not deserve to be treated like that.
We went through the drive thru today for the first time. Paul was our server. He was fast, efficient and courteous. Paul made sure that the lid was secure on my soup. It’s the small things that count.
Let's just say, I won't be going back. Ordered the Fiesta sandwhich with chips and small drink for almost $13. There was very little meat on the sandwich so it felt like I ordered a veggie sandwich. Definitely not worth the price.Food: 2/5
They have a instruction demand all caps in the Uber app drivers to get out of their cars and pick up in store. However, when you get off to do that there is a huge metallic sign on the front door that says drive through only. Then it’s permanently padlocked. The worker was very rudely annoyed when I tried to opened the locked door. It’s important to change instructions in the app so delivery drivers can do a good service and not annoy your workers.
We got to-go food. It was great. Very fresh. The person who took our order was attentive. I'd go back.Food: 5/5
Cool spot for a lunch & sandwich. The seating area is quite relaxing with the many windows paired with friendly service. The food and main event is slightly less quality. I feel like this is a blend of Panera meets AppleBee’s. The Menu leaves me confused & could be given in a simpler layout, but they are going for the “catchy” position. I would try another sandwich, but when I’m around next.
The food here is really good for the location it’s in and Kaylee is fav employee but all the employees I’ve felt with have been pleasant. The fiesta chicken is my favorite but sometimes the club is good too.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: YesDelivery: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
Thank goodness I'm a picky eater or I would have eaten this! I went to take the tomatoes out and saw a staple in my sandwich Anyone else would have swallowed a staple! Couldn't eat it at all because I was scared there could be more.
