Schmidt Signs and Graphics

I have worked with Schmidt's for many years and have always been totally pleased. In the event that something is not right or needs service, they bend over backward to make sure we are pleased. Our fleet portrays our image and is noticed all over the Wasatch Front. Because of Schmidt's, most think our fleet is much larger than it really is thanks to the distinctive design we have collaborated to come up with. Thanks to Lisa, Karl and the entire staff who are friendly and out going.

They do a great job with our vehicles. There is a bit of a wait because they are busy although the quality is worth the wait

I walked in mid day on a Friday 2 weeks ago wanting a sign quote. We are starting a new business and will need over $I0,000 of various signs around the property. I spoke with a seemingly knowledgeable person, gave her my contact information, sent them a logo, confirmed she got the logo over the phone, and was told I would have a quote possibly later in the day but by the following Monday for sure. One week passes and I had not heard from anyone. I called in and spoke with a different person who has a very thick accent and was unable to clearly communicate in English. Apparently the person I spoke with originally was sick that day or just off work. Nobody has ever tried to contact me since. I'm not sure how many people Schmidt Signs has working there, but I at least 2 are incompetent. Cannot understand how they have such an otherwise good rank on Google reviews.

Schmidt Signs is AMAZING!!!! They saved us on a late Friday afternoon. Are company needed vehicle decals that we needed ASAP!!! We called Schmidt Signs to see if they could help us with short notice and they did just that they had us taken care of within 30 mins. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Schmidt Signs. So far, so good. Lupe was very helpful in setting up the graphics for my rig. I will update when the job is done! Update 5/13/20 Graphics are installed - very well done. Friendly, helpful staff. I'll be back.
