Fine handmade chocolates
Schocolat gourmet chocolate boutique was born out of our passion for fine confections. We make our chocolates in a classic European style, using only best ingredients and working with small batches to provide quality confections which will compliment fine wine or a gourmet meal or make the perfect gift for any occasion. Freshness is key: chocolate’s subtle flavors are strongest soon after production, which is why each praline, truffle, caramel, toffee and bar we offer is handmade daily in our gourmet kitchen in the historic Edelweiss building in the picturesque village of Leavenworth, Washington.
OUR CHOCOLATES
Our specialties are European style Belgian Truffles ( also known as Bon Bons) and Pralines, which are both filled with exquisite ganache centers then “enrobed” in finest covertures available. Additionally, we offer Icicle Truffles, almond-encrusted English Toffee, Vanilla caramels hand-dipped in milk or dark chocolate and sprinkled with Australian pink sea salt, and “Cocoa Nuts,” caramelized almonds enrobed in dark chocolate and drenched in rich Swiss Cocoa…. Quite addicting! Other specialties include our Hot Chocolate Mix, with Dark Chocolate, assorted fruit, nut and plain bars of white, dark and milk chocolate. Our chocolatier also prepares a variety of seasonal molded chocolate figurines available only in our retail store due to their fragility.
