Schoolhouse Beer and Brewing

I'm glad I finally found a place that sells home brew supplies. I've been to this place only a handful of times, and I've sampled the beers each time and always get a really good bunch of samples. I also have my CO2 filled here which is a plus, while I'm drinking The Homebrew beer. Some staff here are friendlier than others. I'm sure they get hammered with Homebrew questions all the time, but isn't that kind of what this place is for?

Great place to grab a flight of beers or get your home brew supplies. They have so many different grains to choose from for homebrew as well and lots of beer to grab for the weekend as well

Went in there and the place was empty except for me and some guy. It took me awhile to realize he worked there because I didn't think the proprietor would be the guy frowning like he was in a bad mood. When he finally asked me if I needed help, I told him i needed some brewing supplies. He called another, equally morose guy to help me. That guy was helpful, despite treating me like I was bothering him. When I got home and brewed my batch, the spigot on the bucket was leaking out of the valve. It was early Sunday morning, so there was no where to go to get some more supplies. 70 bucks down the drain. Thanks guys!

Thomas has a large supply of some really good beers, and will go out of his way to assist. Also, one can take a brewing class on the premises and learn, in detail, the whys, what ifs, and how to brew a signature recipe. If you want a specialty yeast, grain, or flavor, This is the place.
