I love walking this trail. I see great blue herons, bald eagles, red tailed hawks, turtles, varying ducks & geese, & much more.
We took a walk this Easter and although not too sunny, it was nice and the people are so friendly here!
A great walk to unplug...some nice shady areas for walking on hot days!
I love the Schuylkill river it is fun to kayak there.

Very clean and nice canal. There is a very large paved walkway good for bike riding.
