Glad this authentic bakery has survived these unprecedented times it’s always nice to browse the delights they craft here. I picked out the lemon cheesecake and date bars along with cinnamon and raspberry twists impeccable quality and craftsmanship.Food: 5/5

The cake was a 5th birthday show stopper!!! Not only did the cake look amazing, it tasted amazing. Everyone we interacted with from design to picking up was polite and helpful. We won’t use anywhere else now.

Not my first trip to Scialo and won’t be my last! Never disappoints! My favorites are their maple walnut roll seasonal, carrot cake, and apple turnovers! Their cookies are to die for too! My husband and I love their chocolate chip cookies and macaroons! A must try if your in the area.

2018: first time I had cake from here. I was hooked. 2019, 2020, 2021 2022: Hands down the best chocolate cake I’ve ever had 2023: skipped a year and couldn’t stop thinking about the cake 2024: Hands down the best chocolate cake ive ever had Note: Some reviewers say the frosting is thin. Tip: when you order your cake, ask for extra frosting. However I personally don’t recommend this as the frosting is excellent and very high quality. A little bit goes a long way. Especially alongside the very moist and rich favor of the cake batter. You really don’t need much. That’s the sign of a good bakery and an excellent cake. Thanks for your years of cake happiness and I look forward to many more!

I came here to this bakery on a full tour with a bus that started in the back where all the ovens are this bakery is a prime example of a classic family style bakery with great workers that are dedicated to what they do. I absolutely love how the new owners kept all the original recipes and ways of baking all the products but completely redid the entire whole store front. The original ovens are a sight to see if you get to see them and the talent behind the experienced bakers that make it all happen is like no other. You can truly tell that they know exactly what there doing plus the taste of there baked goods is mouth watering in rich flavor. I hope and wish that this bakery will last another 100 years, Good Luck with everything.

I was hoping their ricotta pie would be a close second to my mom/ sisters homemade. Unfortunately nit even close. Solid gel like not creamy and light.Food: 3/5

This is my favorite cannoli in all of Federal Hill. The quality of this place has never skipped a beat over the decades. It was almost 20 years ago when I first tried this place, and it has always been world class!Food: 5/5

Really disappointed in the cannolis and the cheesecake we purchased. The prices were so high and the bakery has been around a really long time, I expected to be wowed by the taste and quality of the food we purchased. The cannoli shells were super soft and the filling was tasteless and had the consistency of light whip cream. The cheesecake didn’t have much taste to it. For the prices we expected something better than what we got! Unfortunately we won’t be back.

Unbelievable desserts and pastry highly recommend if you want a one of a kind and cake that will be the talk of the Town go there absolutely friendly staff and the owners are so kind and accommodating
